During laser skin treatments at Adult and Pediatric Dermatology, you relax in a comfortable chair while your specialist numbs the treatment area. You can wear special glasses to protect your eyes from the laser.
Your provider uses a hand-held device to apply the laser energy to your skin in specific areas. The length of time each laser treatment lasts depends on the size of the areas being treated.
