Zina Goldvekht, PA-C

Zina Goldvekht is one of the practice's go-to cosmetic injectors, the provider many patients ask for by name for Botox and fillers that keep their expression their own. Her approach is deliberately conservative: start with less, refine at the two-week check, and never chase a frozen look. A certified physician assistant with nearly two decades of dermatology and emergency-medicine experience, she began her career in the Emergency Department at Lenox Hill Hospital, where she managed main and fast-track emergencies, lectured to PA students, and served as a clinical preceptor.

She has been part of the Adult and Pediatric Dermatology team in Forest Hills since 2012. Her medical focus is acne, scar care, and chronic skin conditions including rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, and alopecia. On the cosmetic side she works with Botox, dermal fillers, platelet-rich plasma, microneedling, and laser treatments, with an emphasis on natural results and long-term skin health.
