Dr. Paltiel’s office is located in a convenient neighborhood with street parking. The office is clean and orderly. The staff is friendly, respectful and accommodating. Dr. Paltiel is a professional physician and we have been seeing him since our little one was born. He specializes in pediatric and adult dermatology. He is very patient with his exam time and reviews all the ingredients on the medications before prescribing.

All visits to see Zina Goldvekht have been positive. Extremely knowledgeable, excellent diagnostition, perfect treatment, always friendly, takes the time to carefully explain and answer all questions. Wow! What more can one ask for.

After a quick response from the office manager and the doctor regarding the issue I brought up, I have decided to edit my previous review and give them a 5 star rating.

I originally took my son to this office a few months ago and I felt that Aleksey Babakhanov could’ve been a little more friendly when it came to my child. He’s only 4. He took a look at his skin and gave me a few options for cremes over the counter and left. I made a appointment last month for my acne and I had the same NP Aleksey Babakhanov he took a look at my skin and said that he could recommend micro-needling. I told him that it wasn’t a option for me, and he just stated that there was nothing else that could reduce my scarring which I think is inaccurate. I told him that I used A product for my acne that worked and he just prescribed that and left. At that point it felt like it was more of a money thing than anything else.. I’m disappointed with the services. I gave this review 3 stars because he prescribed me the medication I used to use a few years ago, and It works for me.

Im a 65 year old man who has had huge problems with my skin for 55 years and j have been to at least 20 dermatologist in that span and 3 years ago I went to see Dr Micheal Paltiel and it was the FIRST TIME i saw a dermatologist that sees the problem treats the problem 1 time and its better and gone in 3 weeks I had issues with CERTAIN SKIN PROBLEMS FOR YEAR’S THAT NEVER WENT AWAY WITH OTHER DERMATOLOGIST and Dr Micheal Paltiel observed the problem treated it and iit was gone in 3 WEEKS .. Dr Micheal Paltiel is not only the best dermatologist in the whole tri state area he may be the BEST dermatologist in the United States ..
