The girls at the front desk were polite, helpful and kind. I called at 8:45 am to make an appointment and was given an appointment for 45 minutes later. The wait was very short and the Dr was amazing. Kind and very knowledgeable. Would definitely refer this practice and keep going back.

I had the best jet peel and facial done by Irma at this office. I came in with dull and dehydrated skin and left with a glowing baby soft complexion. Irma is a highly skilled cosmetologist, and she will truly change your skin. Results are immediate after just one procedure. It is also clear that quality and safety are a top priority to Irma and also to the staff in the office. She showed me every sterile tool as she unpacked it, and cleaned all instruments as she did my procedure. She is a highly skilled and dedicated professional. I can’t wait to go back for my next facial!

Dr Paltiel is an artist. No one believes my age

I was very happy with treatment I received, the doctor is extremely proficient and a pleasure to deal with. Took her time and went out of her way to make me feel special and like I was her only patient of the day. Definitely recommend this office !

Booked an appointment for my Toddler with Eczema. We had two visits so far and saw positive results! Minimal wait time as well! Doctor was friendly with my daughter and made her feel comfortable.

Very nice office. I was a walk-in, they said there was no appointments available but to still come in. I didn’t wait long. The staff is very friendly and the doctor is knowledgeable and has good bedside manners. The office was clean and overall pleasant. The doctor was good with my son. He was able to explain what can cause the reactions and how to resolve it. I had some concerned the next day about his irritation and the doctor called me back and explained everything to me. Overall great experience, I would recommend going to this office.

Everyone here is really friendly and professional. I had some work done by Christine and she is amazing. She makes you feel so important and takes great care of your needs. My whole family goes to this office and we are always happy with the service.

Dr. Paltiel is very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. You don’t feel like you are being rushed in and out of the exam room, as he really takes his time to see his patients and answers all the questions. Best dermatologist I’ve ever seen! The staff is also polite and welcoming, never had a negative experience at this practice. Place is always clean and I love the way it looks. Strongly recommend!

Absolutely “amazing” work by front desk staff. You come in at the appointed time, they ask you to sign in and sit down. You do as instructed and wait and wait until 2 people who came after you went inside before you to see the doctor.. So, you are forced to get up and ask them what is happening and they reply by saying “did anybody ask you about your date of birth”.. 🙂 So, here’s what I think about this situation: the office has to be accountable for what they say and do. If your staff doesn’t know what to do, train them better or hire a better staff. You value your time, you should learn how to value ours. This one’s on the office manager. If the staff is so forgetful, plz put a sign for patients with instructions so they know what to do.. Gave 3 stars because Dr.Paltiel is a specialist.

Great place. I’ve been here almost a decade ago and made a trip back today. It was great then and it’s great now. Everything was smooth from checking in, meeting with the doctor, and getting my procedure done. Well established doctor, welcoming staff, and a nicely designed office. What else can you ask for. I would definitely recommend it!!

Front desk was courteous and attentive.. I came in early to do registration and was called exactly by time of appointment… the physician assistant was also attentive to my child’s needs .. the appointment didn’t feel rushed and all needs were met. I would recommend anyone to visit this facility

Nov 3,2022. Front desk employees were very polite and helpful on the phone and in the office ,a good sign that specialists at the office are good. Service was fast, in 10 minutes I was talking to the doctor,in 10 minutes he started the procedure, minimum pain,maximum effect. I have to take pills and then come back to make sure I’m OK. The staff was amazing! Very nice and on point with covid precautions. We saw Dr.Alex and he was the best! My 3 year old took to him quickly and we had a smooth visit with no tantrums, he left happy and even said thank you doctor which never happens!

Dr. Alex is really wonderful. He has excellent bedside manner and is informative and caring. The surgeon is not someone I would recommend. A lipoma removal turned into a three week healing ordeal as we were not given any discharge paperwork or instructions. The surgeon himself barely spoke three sentences. His assistant was very kind and pleasant but not properly trained in providing thorough discharge and suture care instructions which led to an infection that took several weeks to clear, as well as suture material seeping out of the incision site.

Excellent Dr. She is very thorough with my mom and takes the time to explain to her patient what is going on, my mom does not listen to anyone and now with dementia she can be difficult. So I was very pleased that she gave her instructions to break habit she has.

Did not have a great experience my first visit. I filled out the post-appointment survey and within a few hours the office manager contacted me and offered me an opportunity to come back for another appointment the next day. I went in for the appointment I waited less than 3 minutes in the waiting room and the doctor saw me as soon as I entered the room. The doctor was wonderful! He listened to me as I described my rash and even asked me to give him a timeline and we were able to find the cause. Extremely grateful to the staff on their excellent customer service and the doctor who provided excellent service as well and gave me great recommendations for keeping my skin hydrated and healthy. Will definitely be returning for routine visits! Thank you so much Ester for making sure I had a great experience from beginning to end.

Dr Paliatel is the best dermatologist in my experience. He’s knowledgeable, caring, and has a sense of humor. I also appreciate the short wait times, i.e, that he schedules patients apart to avoid wait times instead of scheduling many who overlap to appear busy. Great experience with frond desk staff and the assistant nurse!

Adult and pediatric Dermatology medical team is so professional with excellent services. Dr. Kaufman is the best! From the moment I walked in, I received excellent and promptly services. The medical staffs were very friendly and attractive. Dr. Kaufman was amazing in addressing my concerns. His friendly gesture helped in lowering my anxiety and fear before and during my procedure. I’m curious as to why I was charged $75 for a copay when my insurance states that any specialist visit is $70. Has anyone else been overcharged on their copay?

Very nice office. My impression of the Doctor, he knows his material like the back of his hand. Very swift with the procedures also. Had an extraction done on my back and did not know he was already finished, no pain or discomfort at all. They were open on Sunday and I was very happy about that as I work during the weekdays.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now for myself. Very professional and friendly staff. Short wait times and huge waiting room. I brought my one year old and safe to say I was very impressed with how they handle following CDC’s guidelines.They try to get everyone in and out of there right away. The doctors carefully examine and are very professional straight to point when it comes to prescriptions etc. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family members.
